Shipping & Returns

How long it takes, what it costs, and how to send something back.

Shipping within India

  • Free on orders over $11.29
  • $0.89 on orders below $11.29
  • Dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order
  • Delivery typically 3-7 working days, depending on your pin code

Every parcel is tracked. You get the tracking number by SMS and email the moment it leaves us. Festive weeks are slower, and we will tell you if your order is affected rather than let you wonder.

Shipping worldwide

We post to any country we can reach, and we do it often. Place your order as normal and we will confirm the postage to your address before anything is sent, so there is never a surprise charge.

  • Delivery is typically 7-21 working days, depending on the country
  • Postage is quoted per order, because parcel weight and destination decide it
  • Everything is tracked, the same as inside India

Free delivery applies inside India only. Any customs duty or import tax is payable by you on arrival. We have no way to pay it for you, or to predict it reliably, and we would rather say so than let it arrive as a shock.

Returns

7 days from delivery to change your mind. The piece must come back unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty. Every jeweller applies that rule, and it is one we cannot make an exception to.

How to return something

  • Email returns@jewelsbydiksha.com within 7 days, with your order number
  • We reply with the return address and instructions
  • Post it back. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrong
  • Refund issued within 5-7 working days of the piece reaching us, to your original payment method

If it arrived damaged or wrong

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We pay the return postage and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. No argument, no restocking fee.

Please film yourself opening the parcel if you can. It makes a damage claim with the courier straightforward for both of us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once a parcel is with the courier it has to be handled as a return.

The Shine Promise is separate

Returns cover changing your mind. Tarnishing is covered for a full year under the 365-Day Shine Promise, which is a different and much longer guarantee.
